As an aerial arts performer, a staple move is the splits. Unfortunately, I have absolutely terrible square splits. A long time ago, I bought this FlexiStretcher but I never ended up using it. And lately, these last couple of weeks have been about working towards goals and so starting today, I want to get these splits using the help of the FlexiStretcher Splits Challenge.
